Hook Line and Sinker. C. J. Black.

Casting his net (imaginary) out over the dance floor

Hauling in his catch (imaginary) wondering what the night had in store

A shock to the system (real) no one took the bait

Never mind he thought it never is too late

He again thought maybe the harpoon

What a totally silly loon

Harpoons are there for the final kill

Must be handled with total skill

Used only when wishing to land the perfect dish

Out of his depth in his sea of dreams – he went sourcing shallower waters to fish.

    1. Skilled could well be attributed to you Mike as your middle name – while seasoned is probably rightly attributed to me. Thanks for your continued support – awaiting your next offering.
